How to Make Corndog

How are you? I hope you, me and all of us are doing well ๐Ÿค— today I want to share a recipe for all of you. The recipe is Corn Dog. Here you must know corn dog, yes this food comes from South Korea which is currently being visited by many people. Usually corn dogs are always found in Korean dramas ๐Ÿ˜



Ingredients :

1. 190 grams of wheat flour

2. Panir flour to taste

3. 2 grams of developer bread

4. 3 grams of salt

5. 3 grams of yeast

6. 30 grams of sugar

7. 150 ml of milk

8. 150 ml + 15 ml of small water

9. 4 pieces of mozzarella cheese

10. Mayonnaise Sauce


Instruction :

1. skewer mozzarella cheese, coat with flour. Store in the freezer for 20 minutes

2. Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl, then stir.

3. Then add the yeast, salt, sugar and water. Stir gently

4. Add the eggs, stir. Pour in the milk little by little. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and thick. Transfer the dough into a tall glass.

5. Store the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes.

6. Remove the mozzarella mixture and cheese from the freezer

7. Heat oil for frying

8. Dip the mozzarella cheese into the mixture while turning it then roll it into the flour.

9. Then fry in hot oil and wait until golden yellow.

10. Corn dogs are ready to be eaten warm with mayonnaise / chili sauce.
